Maybe it&#039;s a tiny bit too meaty...oh, perhaps a little too much pasta. But hard not to love, even if I think of it as holiday fare. Wonder if you&#039;ve connected with Ursula Ferrigno -- an Italian mostly vegetarian cooking teacher. A great resource for people who love Italian food but are trying to cut out meat.
